        The place is wonderful. We enjoyed hearing the horses sound off a bit in the morning and the strawberry patch by the pond was also a big hit! The Basque restaurant at the Carson Country Club serves up a nice family style meal! Thanks for a wonderful couple days. P.S. try Barbara's Eggs Benedict.

.....There are so many enjoyable things to see and do. To start with, take a walk through the beautiful gardens with the lily ponds and fountains, then to the very large stables to see the horses or take a walk down to the fields...... Someday we may be able to return to see more of your beautiful country down in Carson Valley. Thank you Barb for your most gracious hospitality, we recommend you anywhere.
