BOARDING RATES

Field Boarding                                                          $250.00

        Shelters are 14' x 36' and face the east to provide protection from both the wind and rain.
        There is a maximum of six horses at night for each five acre parcel and 14'x 36' shelter.
        Fencing is round wood rails with an electric wire to prevent chewing around the perimeter of the property with metal pole fencing or broad electric tape fencing within.
   
     Horses are fed alfalfa in the morning and grass in the evening.  Horses can receive all grass or all alfalfa for an additional charge of $50.
        All horses receive de-worming and daily vitamin supplements at no extra charge.
        Nelson heated automatic waterers are provided and checked twice a day.

Private Paddock Boarding                                       $300.00

        Horses have individual three sided shelters facing east away from the wind
        Paddocks range in size from 24' X 100' to 100' x 200'
        Fencing is a combination of wood, metal tubing and electric tape.
        Waterers are Nelson heated automatic waterers and are checked twice a day
        De-worming is provided at no extra charge
   
     Horses can receive all alfalfa or all grass at no extra charge
        Owner's supplements are fed at no additional charge
        Paddocks are cleaned daily
                                                                          

Stall Boarding                                                           $400.00

        All stalls are safe and sturdy metal Barn Master stalls with heated automatic waterers and rubber mat floors  
        Stalls have Dutch doors on both the inside and outside.
        Attached paddocks range from 16' x 24' to 36' x 24' and are metal pole fencing.
        Stalls are: (1) 16' x 16' , (3) 12' x 16', and (3) 12' x 12' 
        De-worming is provided at no extra charge
        Turn-out for exercise is provided six days a week
   
     Weekly grooming and foot cleaning is provided
        Blanketing is provided as necessary
        Stalls are cleaned daily and water is checked twice daily 
   
     Horses can receive all alfalfa or all grass at no extra charge
   
     Owner's supplements are fed at no additional charge
        A state-of-the-art electric eye smoke detector is monitored 24/7

                                              SAFETY FEATURES

       The barn has a state-of-the-art electric eye smoke detector that is monitored 24/7
   
     There are no T posts or barbed wire anywhere on the property.
        There is an automatic electric gate at the entrance to the property so that any horse that gets loose cannot leave the property and  run out in front of a car.
        All waterers are heated to avoid the possibility of colic from a lack of drinking due to water that is too cold.
         Both the owner and caretaker live on the 40 acre property which is completely fenced with solid  round wood fencing that cannot be pushed through.
